поскольку встала в пять утра

но всего семь часов же!

надо что-то посмотреть. но что? фильм? сериал?
AHS хочу, пока не проспойлерила себе все на свете, но до конца еще две недели.
вышла новая серия Shameless.
есть на жестком диске куча британских минисериалов.

а еще можно почитать - например, у меня лежит недочитанный кроссовер ТВ с Инсепшеном, а еще я перечитываю Observations.

а еще можно повышивать.

но вообще может ну это все нафиг — и спать?)))

Хороший фильм, в общем!)) Девиз LIFE и обложка последнего журнала - очень гуд)))

2. 47 ронинов - отличный фильм btw. История банальна, но какое все аутентичное, да? Я больше из-за графики и костюмов и съёмок довольна. Ну и Киану Ривз! И все японские актёры.

А вы узнали Мако из Пасифик Рима? Я только постфактум. Кстати, фемсмлэш ХД

я тут недавно прочитала статью

о том, что, хоть в кино и тв сечйчас немало гомосексуальных персонажей - как мужчин, так и женщин, - тем не менее, их гомосексуальность больше на словах, чем на самом деле. т.е. они говорят об этом, но не ведут себя как геи или лесбиянки, ммм, я не знаю, как это точно сформулировать. В общем, в первую очередь такие герои - дань толерантности, а вовсе не попытка прописать реалистичного персонажа.

The Captain looked at me. The question hung--

Spock?

My mother's family was of Jewish origin. They did not practice that religion actively, but my mother loved to read the Tanakh. I once read the entirety of the Hebrew Holy Scriptures in my teenage years. It stimulated my interest in Terran history and the Terran species, but most of it puzzled me greatly.

For reasons unknown, a passage from the book of Ruth came to my mind as I neatly stepped towards the Captain.

Entreat me not to leave thee, and to return from following after thee; for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge; thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God; where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried; the Lord do so to me, and more also, if aught but death part thee and me.

An extravagant vow on the part of Ruth. It is imprudent and impossible to offer such loyalty to one being.

The Captain's blue eyes regarded me, waiting. I nodded.

"I am here, Captain."
